Our client is a leading alternative asset manager. They focus on various asset classes, such as private markets, liquid alternatives and multi-asset class solutions. The firm is now looking to hire a Team Leader for their Financial Operations team. The position is based in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and review Net Asset Value and German investor reporting processes
• Ensure timely and quality output delivery to clients and other stakeholders for various types of private market funds
• Lead and manage a small team, build and develop team members, including reviews and appraisals
• Coordinate with global teams on matters related to investment controlling
• Provide technical advice and knowledge to the team
• Review and approve work completed by team members
• Implement and optimise structures and processes within the controlling team
• Establish and manage relationships across various internal teams and stakeholders and ensure information flow and internal communication
• Supervise and review work by service providers (internal and external)
• Support audit coordination
  

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines; an additional qualification, such as Certified Public Account, is a plus
• Relevant professional work experience in PE fund controlling, fund accounting or fund auditing and previous experience in leading teams
• Excellent MS-Office skills
• Very strong analytical and accounting skills
• You have strong leadership skills and are able to motive your team members
• Strong communicator
• Motivated, hands-on and detail-oriented
• Fluency in German and English is required
