  • Adopt a global vision and provide consistent and robust solutions and incident resolution
  • Assess customer infrastructure architecture and strategy
  • Provide technical expertise and support operations and your team
  • Optimise solutions and processes to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Support disaster recovery and pre-sales activities

Team The Remote Engineering team consists of about 80 employees. We work in an agile and customer-focused way. We ensure the customer is at the heart of all we do in each business area we serve. The project / The projects / The theme / The themes The team is part of the Customer Dedicated Solutions (CDL) department, consisting of approximately 250 employees. CDL has the expertise and strategic information required to help its customers meet the challenges of digital transformation and business model optimisation. The service portfolio covers the following business areas: Application, Cloud, Infrastructure, such as systems, storage, networks, UCC and Workplace.

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of proven architect experience
  • Sound technical expertise/ knowledge of several IT domains and experience in operating and supporting IT infrastructures (systems, network, security virtualisation, storage, back-up, mail communication systems, monitoring)
  • Experience in incident management and problem management processes
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to anticipate, plan, manage and prioritise issues and workloads efficiently. Also able to deal with a wide variety of tasks (context switching)
  • Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Swiss resident
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
  • German is a plus
