On behalf of our customer, we are looking for the following profile:

Technical marketing Coordinator

Tasks:

  • Writing of technical articles regarding new tools, customer applications, events
  • Define and create with InDesign publicity used for magazines and / or other media
  • Maintain relationships with existing communication partner and create new ones in all active / strategic markets
  • Measure communication strategy (mailings, magazines, online publicity, web site, social media) and identify changes
  • Preparation of marketing plan of the following years ’communications’ globally: Budget, costs, capacity, timing, target
  • Define Invitations (text and graphics) for event / exhibition
  • Preparation and participation of communication events (e.g. press conference on exhibitions, new publisher visits in Head quarter)
  • Maintain and increase quality of customer data base / CRM
  • Follow up marketing plan
  • Coordination of tasks to be done from marketing specialists for the other facilities e.g. technical brochures, exhibition material
  • Make statistics for sales
  • Send mailings / communications to customers via CRM
  • Send information to other facilities up on request from marketing team, management team


Profile:

  • Technical superior education (Mechanical engineering or similar)
  • Education in marketing / communications are considered only with a strong experience in machelical engineering field
  • Technical knowledge and very good understanding of mechanical operations
  • Ability to write interesting and good understanding articles / text
  • Speaking and writing of different languages: German - Mother tongue; English - Must; Italian/French/Spanish - optional
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Salesforce (reporting, campaigns, templates)
  • Knowledge of social media
  • Organizing ability
  • Friendly, self-confident
  • Highly motivated, Target orientated
  • Team player, communicative with colleagues, support them
  • Readiness to travel (exhibitions, events with communication partner) in all active and strategic markets
  • Flexibility
