For our client, a global player in the construction industry in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for a Technical Safety & Risk Management Consultant (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- IT support for projects as well as for line management, product owners, project managers, solution architects
- Application of "security-by-design" and "privacy-by-design" principles
- Hands-on mentality and taking responsibility for various issues and respecting the duties and obligations of the respective system owners
- Leading risk and security assessments and identifying and articulating IT risks
- Define IT controls in conjunction with the risk owner and implement and optimize during the process
- Manage the backlog and remediation of cybersecurity issues and improve actions to reduce IT risk
- Provide continuing education to teams and individuals on cybersecurity topics as needed
Your Qualifications:
- Completed master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a security engineer or IT security consultant
- Experience managing IT risks, IT controls, and supporting internal/external audits or compliance-related activities
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: application security (ideally SAP), secure software development, cloud security and data security, infrastructure or network security, IoT security, OT/ICS security
- Certifications in two or more of the following areas: CISSP, CSSP, CISM, CRISC
- Familiar with agile project methodologies in virtual, global and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong customer focus, ability to work independently and excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
