Position: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Fribourg, Switzerland

Profile: Technical background in mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, automation or IT - Exp in level 2 and 3 support, pharmaceutical or medical device environment.


We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our team in the canton of Fribourg for our client, specialized in medical devices.


Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to our affiliates and distributors
  • Resolve customer concerns and inquiries and escalate them to the appropriate services within the organization if necessary
  • Design, organize and conduct internal and external technical instrument training
  • Deisgn and develop e-learnings and virtual trainings
  • Perform coaching sessions for field Service Engineers
  • You are involved in complaint review, analysis and trending process based on the performance metrics
  • Establish a communication channels with our stakeholders


Profile:

  • Technical background in mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, automation or IT
  • Field experience with laboratory systems
  • Fluency in English. French and/or German a plus
  • Good computer skills (hardware and software, databases, MS-Office)
  • Problem-solving oriented
  • Open to national and international travel (max. 20%)
