SOMMAIRE

Le poste de Technicien/Senior Technicien QC consistera à implémenter et faire les analyses QC afin de supporter les besoins analytiques des différents départements de notre site Biotech d’Yverdon-les-bains.

FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS
  • Réaliser les analyses physico chimiques et biochimiques de routine
  • Faire les prélèvements et les analyses des Matières Premières
  • Créer et maintenir les instructions de travail du QC
  • Participer à la gestion des échantillons au QC (Réception, aliquotage, stockage)
  • Créer les déviations, les actions correctives et préventives
  • Participer aux investigations dans son domaine d’expertise
  • Assurer que les analyses soient faites dans les temps et avec le niveau de qualité requis
  • Traiter les résultats des analyses faites par des partenaires externes
  • Gérer et commander le matériel et les réactifs nécessaires au fonctionnement du QC
  • Contribuer positivement à une forte culture d’intégrité et d’éthique dans les affaires
  • Agir dans le respect des exigences légales et de conformité ainsi que des directives de l’entreprise
EXIGENCES
  • CFC ou BTS en laboratoire avec au minimum 5 ans d’expérience en contrôle qualité dans l’industrie pharmaceutique et idéalement biopharmaceutique
  • De bonnes connaissances dans les domaines suivants représentent des atouts : analyses HPLC/UPLC, analyses ELISA, analyses d’électrophorèse capillaire, analyse des matières premières (Raman, FTIR), utilisation du logiciel Empower, utilisation du logiciel SoftMaxPro, connaissances des analyses pharmacopées, qualification et maintenance d’équipements analytiques, Data Integrity, Statistiques (utilisation de MiniTab, JMP).
  • Expérience en environnement GMP indispensable
  • Connaissance et respect des règles de sécurité liées au travail en laboratoire
  • Flexibilité et capacité à travailler dans un environnement très régulé et changeant
  • Autonomie, Proactivité et Force de proposition
  • Bonne gestion du stress
  • Esprit d’équipe très développé
  • Français parler, lu et écrit couramment et bon niveau d’anglais
  • Le travail le week-end peut être demandé
