  • Manage and coordinate the entire project process from initiation to the post-project phase, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary project teams, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Actively participate in answering tenders and customer inquiries, showcasing our client’s expertise and capabilities.
  • Coordinate, implement, and control the contractual goals and obligations in the projects, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform active claim and change management for project adjustments, driving project success and adaptability.
  • Prepare, conduct, and follow up on meetings and workshops, facilitating productive discussions and decision-making.
  • Prepare and actively participate in project committees, contributing to the strategic direction and planning of projects.
  • Manage relationships with partners and suppliers, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineering with business management training.
  • Several years of experience in ICT projects, demonstrating a strong background in project management.
  • Very good knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Project manager certification IPMA Level C or HERMES.
  • Proof of performance as a project manager in successfully completed projects.
  • Experience in the defense sector and in the military environment (e.g., VBS/FUB).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of German and English.
