Our client is looking to recruit a Territory Manager for Northern Switzerland. This would be a tremendous opportunity for an individual with experience of the Swiss market to progress their career and take on an exciting new challenge.

This forward-thinking company is looking to continue their expansion, establishing their brand in the Swiss market. This opening will allow an individual to grow and develop as a professional, offering opportunities for progression for driven and successful employees.

The Role:
  • Searching for new customers and converting surgeons to use the Company’s products.
  • Developing a relationship with clients to retain business and grow the sales with these accounts.
  • Attending domestic and international congresses and tradeshows.
  • Developing key opinion leaders.
  • Setting up events and courses to train and educate customers in the use and benefits of the products.

Essential skills and experiences required include:
  • Experience cooperating with surgeons in an O.R. environment.
  • Familiarity with direct sales in the Swiss market.
  • Experience in a customer facing role.
  • Experience working with intraocular lenses/implants is desirable.
  • Fluent in German and English.
