Context

In this role, you will be involved in the evolution and maintenance of the Data Processing application, a key function for our agents.

Your profile

• Engineering degree ETH/FH or a strong ATM background with relevant IT knowledge

• Strong analytical and high organizational skills

• Ability to quickly understand business needs and to take initiatives and decisions

• Sound experience in requirements engineering and testing

• Practical experience in test automation a strong plus

• Team spirit with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

• professional experience in an agile or scaled agile environment preferrable

• practical knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Polarion (ALM tool) are a strong plus

• Experience in Air Traffic Management (ATM) or similar domain a plus

• Mother tongue French, good knowledge of English (spoken and written) required, German is an asset

• Stress resistant

• Willingness to travel occasionally to branch offices (Switzerland)

Your responsibilities

· Provide correct documentation and versioning of requirements per application release

· Test the application including the creation of test plans, test cases & reports

Organize the Site Acceptance Testing related to changes

· Collaborate with other team members so that the implementation of changes is achieved according to the requests expressed by Product Owner/Product Manager

· Investigate technical incidents and ensure 3rd level maintenance support in cooperation with the maintenance and engineering teams as well as with customers

· Provide support in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks

Our recruitment process

· A first interview by video conference TEAMS, to get to know each other, check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities.

· If you are shortlisted, the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people, in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more about the collaboration.

· After getting all the different information to have a Enova-consultant collaboration, we organize a meeting and/or a technical interview with the client technical team

· If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that ye want to propose, ideally in our office.

During this recruitment process, we communicate by phone and by mail and we can invite you to meet our teams in our office or the client’s team of course.
