We are looking for a Test ManagerSales Development Stream with banking experience.

For our international client in the financial services industry we are looking for a communicative, service and solution oriented personality as a Test ManagerSales Development Stream for a contract role in Zurich.

Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Leading tester and test manager in Sprint testing activities as part of the development team.
  • Ensuring optimal quality at various test stages (Unit, System, and System Integration, End to End testing, coordination) through close collaboration with different team members and stakeholders, both inside and outside of the project or team.
  • Leading all testing activities and coordination during User Acceptance Testing phases.
  • Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
  • Identify, analyze and create test scenarios and write test cases for the product under test.
  • Requirements management and linking requirements to tests.
  • Log, track, and communicate defects to development teams for timely resolution.
  • Utilize the appropriate testing tools
IT Skills
  • Testing Skills, Test Management, Requirements engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Software Quality Assurance, and Test analysis.
  • Experience in Testcase creation, test planning, management and execution within an agile development team
  • Experience in business requirements analysis and test case design. Banking experience or relevant financial experience (especially in Wealth Management) would be a big plus.
  • In depth knowledge of Jira
  • Experience with Test automation and Automation Frameworks, designing and writing test automation scripts would be beneficial.
  • Advanced knowledge with Agile Methodologies (ideally SAFe), and Agile tools (experience with Xray or other test management
Soft Skills
  • Proactive Individual who is self-motivated and confident.
  • Able to think outside of the box: find unexpected ways to solve problems or meet requirements.
  • Professional disposition: able and willing to work in a diverse and multi-disciplined team of motivated professionals and able to take responsibility for own tasks within this team.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Leading / hands on attitude is a big plus
