Your mission
:
To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for aTest Manager. Our mission is for one of our clients, a Private Bank in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

You will join the team CRM as aTest Manager and you’ll be responsible for:

  • Overseeingthe test strategy, test governance, and test plan;
  • Organizing and supervising test campaigns (Sprints Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and ensuring the test coverage of each release;
  • Communicatingabout the test campaigns (planning, progress,…);
  • Identifying and addressing deviation from plan;
  • Defining and operating test case management process, defect management process;
  • Working in close collaborationwith Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Software Vendors.

Qualifications


Your profile and skills:

  • You have experience in Wealth Management;
  • You possess experience working in the financial sector for a minimum of 5 years;
  • You justify at least 3 years of experience in similar role;
  • You have great communication skills;
  • You speak English and French fluently;
  • You have a Swiss Residency.
