We are welcoming an Intern or Thesis Student (f/m/d) who will acquire his/her skills in operational excellence in the area of Services Account Management during one and half year in Lausanne.

The Role

The sales executive support is the key point of contact between the Services Account Executives and the internal sales operations.

Responsibilities

You will work under the responsibility of the Head of Services Sales and you should expect, among other responsibilities, the following
  • Provide support with maintaining the sales KPIs dashboard up-to-date in the CRM system
  • Create the investment requests for consultants’ pre-sales activities prior customer projects start
  • Analyze sales figures and prepare ad hoc sales operational reports
  • Support the Services Account Executives (SAEs) in their customer sales cycles with various tasks, among them: make the project costs and revenues calculations according to SAP Management guidelines
  • Prepare project offers under the supervision of the SAEs
  • Participate in Marketing and Business Development Programs to support the SAEs’ demand generation targets
  • Support with the consultant search process for the new projects staffing
  • Support small projects with PMO activities such as management of the work-timesheets of the consultants and invoicing with SAP back-offices
  • Drive independently dedicated projects and customer relationships
  • Be the “fun manager” of the team

Role Requirements
  • Student (f/m/d) at a university with preferred fields in Information Systems, Business Administration / Economics or equivalent
  • Language skills: Excellent command of written and spoken French and English; German is a plus
  • Computer skills: Good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Soft skills: Eager to learn, proactive, result-oriented, organized and structured, focus on execution, good communicator, open minded and team player
