It is an individual program that will match your final qualifications and interests. We are looking for a Trainee candidate, willing to join our 21-month international trainee program starting on 01.07.2023.



ResponsibilitiesThis trainee program will enable you to discover different domains of activity and will be segmented into 3 parts.Part 1: 9 months (01.07.2023 – 31.03.2024) in Product Management at Liebherr Machines Bulle, where you will be involved in the following activities
  • You will create and update market research and carry out market and competitor observations
  • You will assist in the development of the product strategy and contribute to the management of the product portfolio of different engine variants
  • You will develop specifications for different target markets
Part 2 : According to your interests and business needs, you will spend 6 months (01.04.2024-30.09.2024) in an international entityPart 3: 6 months (01.10.2024-31.03.2025) in the Purchasing department at Liebherr Machines Bulle
  • You will support the buyers for the back office part of the business
  • You will process and analyse offers for award decisions
  • You will analyse product families and maintain the database
  • You will support the buyers in the processing of series changes and the resulting actions



Competencies
  • You are currently in the process of completing or have completed a university degree in Business Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • You are linguistically proficient in English as well as German or French
  • You have proficient knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Excel
  • You differentiate yourself with your enthusiasm to take on new responsibilities, your ability to work in a team and independently when needed. When facing tasks, you are proficient, flexible and adapt to dynamic environments
