PWM is seeking to recruit a Trainee for its PWM Risk & Control Functions unit. As a member of PWM Risk Management team, your mission will be to Contribute to the delivery of key components of the PWM Risk Management framework.

Your role

You will contribute to the maintenance of PWM Risk Management components such as:
  • Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
  • Risk identification, assessment and reporting
  • Incident management

You will also execute requests to change data on the PWM Internal Control System globally

Your profile
  • University degree in economics, business, engineering or similar subject
  • Experience in internal/external audit or risk management
  • Excellent command of French and English (both written and spoken)
  • Can-do attitude
  • IT skills and data analytics capabilities
  • Analytical, synthesis and critical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible, independent and proactive
  • Must be resident in Switzerland
