Mission:
We are looking for a Retail Project Executive - In Store for our Travel Retail EMEA organization to guarantee the excellence on the point of sale by adapting Retail HQ guidelines to the Travel Retail EMEA channel and implementing temporary and permanent installations.

Functions and Responsibilities:
On temporary installations
* Understand and adapt temporary global merchandising guidelines to Travel Retail channel
* Communication with the Retail HQ Temporary Image team (special requests and adaptations)
* Animation request proposals adapted to the channel and retailer guidelines (design required)
* Handle technical challenges (internally with the HQ team and externally with the supplier) and implementation logistics (deliveries, orders…)
* Definition of local production elements budget for each account for the development of the promo calendar
* Decoration budget management in coordination with the Sales Department
* Suppliers selection and quotes negotiation.
* High quality installations and costs optimization follow up.
* Point of sale material coordination (use, reuse, local production)
* Support Field Supervisor Team with retail installations and VM implementation
* Store checks and promo feedback (internal, external)
On permanent installations
* Permanent installation project management and follow up,
* Communication and design proposal exchanges with the Retail HQ Permanent Image team (special requests and adaptations) and retailers
* Handle technical challenges (internally with the HQ team and externally with the supplier) and implementation logistics (deliveries, orders…)
* Handle assigned budget and suppliers quotations negotiation
Requirements:
* Experience: 3 years professional experience, ideally in retail or interior design
* Education: Master in Architecture or Interior Design (or equivalent)
* Languages: Fluent in English, very good knowledge of French (other languages an asset)
* Competencies: Multi project management skills
* Detail and results oriented with a strong sense of accountability
* Autonomous with a strong sense for teamwork, pro-active, organized and stress resistant
* Very good communication skills, ability to interact easily

* Specific Knowledge required: Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative suite, (C4D or Sketch Up an asset)
