Your responsibility

  • Process new and renewal business and enter contracts in systems accurately and within established time frames
  • Correspond with brokers and clients on all administrative/accounting issues independently.
  • Review administration correspondence, following up to obtain complete necessary information
  • Gathers and organizes information and reports (e.g., loss runs, risk assessments, and loss ratios) that support the underwriting decision
  • Handling details of policy payments: taxes and all different terrorism pools
  • Maintain insurance licenses in good standing, assist when needed in resolving customer service issues
  • May review incoming insurance submissions for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensuring adequate filing and archiving of insurance/reinsurance contracts and related correspondences
Your qualification

  • Insurance proven record and knowledge of the insurance industry and its products and services
  • Relevant training and experience in the administrative/financial customer service (insurance business) within risk management area
  • Analytical skills and ability to make decisions independently
  • Articulate and flawless oral and written communication skills in English and German (other languages are an asset)
  • Proficient computer skills, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work well under pressure
