Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Plan and execution of the work packages within area of responsibility including reporting and escalation of issues to the management
  • Subject matter expert for communication protocols between instruments and laboratory information systems (LIS). Provide guidance and support to others. Flexibility to transfer knowledge to different tasks/subprojects within system integration.
  • Experimental design and execution of the experiments in the lab. Creation of test cases based on product requirements. Execution of test cases, analysis of the results and creation of the respective regulatory documents. Issue tracking and verification of bug fixes/anomalies.
  • Generate required documentation/procedures/technical reports in support of daily activities and be able to author official documents in English (e.g. design history files) for the preparation of milestones. Prepare and deliver presentations of project results to your own and other groups.
  • Coordinate efforts with other functional areas to accomplish tasks: Hardware-, Software-, Consumables-, Assay- and Algorithm-Development.
  • Setting up the network and installation of devices (e.g.Firewall)
Must Haves
  • Degree in a technical or life sciences discipline (e.g. Software- or Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Automation, Bio- or Process-Engineering,) or corresponding job experience
  • At least 3 years experience and willingness to work in a highly regulated industry
  • At least 2 years experience with computer vision systems
  • Interest in the resolution of technical problems and in interdisciplinary teamwork (laboratory, software, automation)
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English
