Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.JOIN OUR Business Development TeamThe business development team @ RBI is responsible for the growth of our business by signing new Master Franchising and Franchising agreements with partners across the entire region to allow our brands to enter new markets and/or open more restaurants on currently existing ones to bring our delicious products closer to the customers!You will be fully involved in the end-to-end process, starting with searching & approaching potential business partners, pitching our brands, and explaining why Restaurant Brands International is a perfect partner to get involved in the restaurant industry. You will also be evaluating business models, & potential investors, negotiating contracts, and finally closing the deal to grow one of our brands across the EMEA region.Additionally, you will cross-functionally work with many internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, marketing teams, and more!What do you need to be successful in the Business Development Team?- Understanding franchise business fundamentals, unit-level operations, best practices, and ideal franchise owners .
- Ability to quickly build new relationships and capacity to upkeep existing ones.
- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to create Excel financial modeling for diligence and deal negotiation.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proactiveness and curious mindset to constantly look for new partners & business opportunities.
- Readiness to travel across the region to meet potential partners.
- Fluency in English.
- Nice to have - previous experience in the business development/franchising industry.
