lastminute.com is looking for a Web Analyst and Tracking Specialist for its Data & Analytics department based in Chiasso.

We are looking for a graduated person with at least 5 years of experience in a Web Analyst role focused on tracking activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with our Tag Managers (Tealium and GTM) to configure analytics tools trackings needed to monitor our websites performances and users behaviour.
• Work with our Tag Managers (Tealium and GTM) to configure 3rd-party scripts and pixels requested by different company areas.
• Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics 360, GA4, Piwik Pro) data to perform deep analysis on our websites performances and users behaviour.
• Manage analytics tools configuration (e.g. views, filters, custom dimensions setup etc.)
• Work with Google BigQuery in order to analyse and extract data from our analytics properties, using SQL language.

Essential

• Excellent knowledge of a tag management system (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
• Excellent knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and CSS
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 360 and/or GA4 and/or Piwik Pro
• Knowledge of SQL language and BigQuery tool
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets
• Strong Analytical background and skills
• Fluent English knowledge (both spoken and written)

Desirable

• Knowledge of Tealium
• Experience with server-side tracking
• Experience with app tracking
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Campaign Manager 360 and other Google Marketing platform tools
