Workday Absence / Time Tracking Functional Lead – Zurich

An outstanding opportunity in Zurich with a world leading financial services organisation. You’ll be the Subject Matter Expert across an international 10,000 FTE organisation with a reputation for excellence.

This vacancy is open to existing Swiss residents or re-locators from the EU or UK who are keen to experience life in Switzerland. Salary on offer is highly competitive up to CHF 140,000 plus benefits. This role requires an on-site presence in Zurich approximately 3 days each week.

The employer is live with Workday HCM and is an established Workday end user. You’ll take ownership of all projects, support and optimisation responsibilities relating to Workday Absence and Time Tracking as well as contributing to HRIS strategy and leadership as a senior member of the HRIS function. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to activities outside of your area of expertise supporting project work on other HCM modules such as Talent & Performance, Comp and more.

Workday Abs / TT Functional Lead – Required Profile:

• Deep functional knowledge of Workday Absence & Time Tracking including excellent configuration skills
• Confidence to act as SME for an international Corporation regularly interacting with senior business stakeholders
• Knowledge of Absence legislation in CH, DE or FR is a significant advantage but not essential.
• Leadership potential suited to leading projects, more junior resources and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external AMS partner
• Proximity to Zurich and flexibility to work effectively in a hybrid work pattern
• Existing working status in CH, EU or UK
• Fluency in English with German langauge skills considered a bonus. If you have no German then being open to learn will be appreciated.
