We work with our partners Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Sitecore, SAP and many more.You are free to choose your place of work: Geneva, LausanneJob Description- You will be responsible for sales and margins for existing Swiss customers from the finance/insurance industry, public administration and other service companies.
- In close cooperation with the customer, you define the goals to be achieved and accompany both in terms of content and strategy
- You will take over the technical management of the account team and work with the team to develop individual contributions to achieving customer-related goals
- You will develop into a Trusted Advisor through a high degree of customer and employee satisfaction
- Together with our sales department, you will build up new customer relationships in Switzerland and thereby expand your customer portfolio
- Completed university degree in marketing, business informatics or business administration or comparable qualification
- At least 3-5 years of account management experience in the software, consulting or agency environment, ideally for customers in the finance/ insurance industry, public administration, FinTech or other service companies.
- You also have proven expertise in digital topics for this industry
- Networker* with a convincing and personable demeanor at executive level/C-level, existing and active network of contacts in Switzerland desirable
- Ability to successfully develop a customer relationship through competent advice
- Willingness to travel in Switzerland (approx. 40% of the working time)
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
- Humour, flexibility and team spirit
