  • Responsible for all activities in the Boutique such as achieving sales targets and driving sales profits, building and developing client relationships, managing the Boutique operations, guaranteeing Boutique compliance and security at all times, ensuring immaculate visual merchandising
  • Create, lead and motivate a successful team by training and developing them constantly
  • To raise brand awareness in the market and enthusiastically contribute to OMEGA’s success
Profil
  • Experienced manager within the retail industry in the prestige or luxury segment
  • Passionate about delivering a memorable experience to our clients with a first class service, in a unique OMEGA environment
  • Able to motivate and inspire a team and to demonstrate exceptional people management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident and immaculately presented
  • Ability to be a suitable brand ambassador
  • Fluent in German and English, any additional language is an asset
  • Flexible with working hours (including weekends)
