As a Cloud Architect you will drive and contribute to the strategic direction by designing and delivering multiple modern infrastructure solutions and services. Working closely with both Platform Delivery and Infrastructure teams, you will align internal capabilities with the needs of the business.

Using your stakeholder management skills, you will seek to influence leadership teams across all technical domains to ensure expertise is continually assessed and improved.

What You Will Do
  • Validate and expand existing cloud architecture concepts with a focus on Security and Scalability
  • Define and drive next generation cloud governance and cloud competencies at SDX
  • Improve cost management with a focus on optimisation and cost allocation
  • Define and drive next generation cloud automation procedures
  • Work closely with the engineering teams to plan and implement your concepts
  • Educate and coach the wider SDX engineering community on Cloud concepts and topics
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of cloud architecture and design experience in Microsoft Azure
  • 3-5 years of experience of operating cloud infrastructure
  • Solid, up to date hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Solid knowledge of Container platforms and technologies
  • Foundational knowledge of SDLC processes and challenges DevOps teams face
  • Multi-cloud (AWS, GCP) knowledge is a preferred
