Communications Account Manager (100%)

Your tasks

You are the single point of contact for selected pharmaceutical clients (mostly marketers and medical advisors). You will coordinate, manage, plan and implement customer projects from A to Z, including:

  • Attend client briefs
  • Create the right internal team to solve the client’s request (often composed of a graphic designer, medical writer, and digital specialist). Translate client briefs into creative briefs for the team.
  • Prepare the offer & keep track of the budget
  • Invoicing the clients and maintaining the forecast sheets
  • Provide guidance wherever and whenever possible to clients on projects (depending on your skillsets, experience & background. E.g., but not limited to:

Brand planning

  • Preparation of detailed solution proposals
  • Handle project management, including monitoring of project processes (internal and external) and ensuring timely and on-budget implementation
  • Review client feedback on assets and ensure implementation of the comments by the right team member
  • Review all communication assets
  • Liaise with external companies (e.g. printers, events, speakers, translation agencies…)

Your profile

You are a team player and a multitasking and service-oriented project manager who likes working on various types of client requests. You like brainstorming on creative concepts to solve clients’ issues.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English and German (mandatory)

Ideally, you have a previous experience in a communication agency, advertising agency or pharmaceutical company.
