ABOUT THE ROLE

Overview:

FMC International Switzerland Sàrl has an opening for a Communications Intern to support our team in Ukraine, as well as communications projects within the EMEA region.

This role is based in our Emea Head Offices, Geneva, Switzerland.

Mains Responsibilities:

• Support the Ukrainian team with various communications and marketing communications projects
  • Distribute corporate news and translate them into Ukrainian
  • Support the area’s visibility in company internal communications channels
  • Support with online marketing materials management – translation and managing team OneDrive (library)
  • Coordinate with the local communications agency on an ad-hoc basis
  
  

• Coordinate corporate communications projects with various countries (collecting and checking material, following-up on project progresses, etc.)
• Upload articles and photos on the company Sharepoint when needed
• Provide support in creating video content
• Support the corporate communications or local marketing communications teams with ad-hoc projects
• Check the consistency and accuracy of various websites
• Under guidance, create social media posts
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed

ABOUT YOU

You are

• A university student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, graphic design or business
• At ease using Microsoft tools (mainly Word and Powerpoint)
• Well organized and reliable
• Interested in the agriculture industry
• Have a sensibility for sustainability topics
• A team player, curious and eager to learn
• Proficient in Ukrainian and English

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and / or video editing tools a plus. Any additional language an asset.
