Tasks

  • Central point of contact for all finance and controlling related questions of the functional departments and link between the function and the finance community
  • Lead of the month end closing process of HR including analyses of the HR KPIs, target/actual variances and preparation of the reporting to the management
  • Supporting the function in the annual cost center budgeting as well as monthly monitoring and communication with the cost center managers
  • Leads global annual FTE and personnel expense budgeting process
  • HR groundwork in the areas of reporting, controlling and key figures and coordination with the finance community
  • Supporting the HR team in improving and automating HR processes
  • Implementation, collaboration and support in operational and strategic projects and ad hoc analyses
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or similar
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Controlling
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (spoken + written)
  • Passionate personality with an independent and proactive working style
  • Highly analytical, structured and equipped with networked thinking
  • Team player with good communication and networking skills
  • Passionate with a high level of commitment and flexibility
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Controlling
  • User knowledge of SAP S/4, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics, Power BI and Excel VBA
  • German and further languages are an advantage
