headcount AG is a Zürich based consultancy serving clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostic, OTC, and chemical market segments.

Our client is a global CDMO, they are supporting their customers all the way from APIs to final products production for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. They stand out by passion to develop the best solution tailored to the specific customer needs and exceptional process management.

Now they are growing and looking for an Operational Excellence expert with a strong background in life sciences who would be driven by an opportunity to make a change.

Tasks
  • Opex project management, programs aiming at increasing the processes efficiency
  • Strategic Opex planning
  • Working closely with the drug substance leadership and business division
  • Support and execute Operational Excellence projects on the global level
  • Tackling the quality/ supply issues
  • Process Excellence integration and development internally, coaching the site experts
Requirements
  • BSc or higher degree in business/ life sciences
  • Several years of experience in Opex (chemicals or pharmaceuticals industry)
  • Lean 6-Sigma Black Belt Certification
  • Expertise in statistical analysis
  • Project management/coaching experience
  • Fluent English
