Global Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Specialist (m/f/d) 80 - 100 % (Temporary Contract)

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

Are you passionate about Employer Branding, Recruiting, and are you eager to be part of an international team? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Global Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave, at our HQ in Ebikon, Switzerland.

Main Tasks Include

  • Lead our global Employer Branding strategy, supported by the global Communication & Branding Team. This includes monitoring and supporting the local roll-out of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Lead the Employer Branding content on our global internal and external social media channels (Viva Engage, Linkedin, X, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Lead and handle global partnerships with top-tier Business and Technical Universities in our key hiring locations around the world.
  • Lead and coordinate the Top Employer Certification program with its related internal and external communications.
  • Support various Talent Attraction projects related to the promotion and improvement of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - SuccessFactors - among our global Talent Attraction Community.
  • Manage end to end recruitment processes of selected executive positions, from direct sourcing to assessment to hiring.

Further Requirements May Include

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Marketing, Psychology or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment and employer branding, preferably in an international work environment
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms (in particular LinkedIn) and social media for employer branding purposes
  • Experience in organizing recruiting and employer branding events
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent level of English – any additional language spoken is a plus
