We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for planning, directing, and managing the activities of the Global HR Solutions team to ensure consistency of goals, policies, technical and administrative procedures, and management direction.

Some of your exciting challenges include:

  • Implementation and management of global HR business solutions concepts, SuccessFactors solutions and authorizations key design
  • Coordination and planning of SAP Release management and knowledge management processes
  • Working closely with the Head HR Business Solutions Support to identify any gaps in the incident resolving activities and knowledge sharing between the Solutions Management and Solutions Support teams
  • Managing stakeholders to create exceptional customer experiences and actively supporting the quality management system obligations of Global HR Solutions
  • Planning and coordinating system maintenance activities which affect the entire Schindler landscape and managing the communication process for all global HR solutions.

Further requirements may include:

  • Degree in Engineering, IT or General Management
  • 7+ years of experience in a multicultural and cross-functional team or a similar role
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors
  • Excellent English skills
