As "Head HR Transformation" you will work hand in hand with the Chief People Officer, Centres of Expertise, IT and our business stakeholders to leverage the employee experience and shape the future of work at Kistler.

This is your mission

• Drive Kistler’s HR systems and strategic HR process roadmap to meet the service delivery requirements of our business
• Roll out our global HR transformation projects and liaise with subject matter experts and relevant project stakeholders with the ability to lead parallel workstreams
• Analyse the internal HR processes from an end-to-end perspective and identify potential for process optimisation and/or automatization
• Develop reporting and analytics which include designing and building dashboards, ad-hoc and story reports that support clients to solve complex business problems and decision-making processes
• Guide, educate and enable HR and business functions in leveraging new and existing tools
• Follow and keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital solutions and employee experience

These are your assets

• Proven track record in set-up and roll-out of global initiatives and programs paired with 5 to 10 years of relevant consulting / work experience in HRIS or HR shared service
• Strong knowledge and understanding of SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS systems)
• Analytical skills with the ability to resolve a wide variety of complex issues or challenges
• Passionate about understanding our internal customers and finding new and creative ways to make their lives easier
• Solid project management skills to juggle multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication skills in German and English with the ability to develop strong relationships and managing up and across the organization
