Head of Global Customer Service

What You Can Expect

  • An advanced Field Service Management system that will allow you to improve effectiveness and efficiency of your Customer Service organization.

What You Bring Along

  • Higher technical degree with advanced business degree.
  • Several years of leadership experience in the machine tool or other highly technical investment goods industry.
  • Profound experience in the customer service business.
  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft 365 suite and FSM tool, e.g. Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in English, German and/or French desired.
