Play a key role in defining and executing the Swiss market strategy for the two Asian brands

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Definition of corporate financial targets (supply, volume and profit) for both brands and monitoring the relevant KPIs
  • Ensuring growth and further development of the brands by elaborating the right action plan and implementing appropriate measures to achieve the sales & profit targets
  • Developing and implementing sales supporting actions and marketing campaigns
  • Rebuilding the SsangYong brand and reactivating the dealer network
  • Being a trustful and competent contact person for the SsangYong dealer network for any kind of commercial issues
  • Contributing to close cooperation with product manager in the mother company
  • Representing the Swiss entityinternally and externally
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and directives of the mother company
  • Leading, coaching and inspiring the sales & marketing team and support them in achieving their targets
  • Coordinating the cooperation with the central Shared Services (aftersales, logistics, finance) of Bersán organization
  • Monitoring the CO2 target achievementat SsangYong as well as ensuring the transfer of CO2 certificates at Maxus

Your skills

  • Your outstanding communication and presentation skillsenable you to inspire trust, motivate and convince the dealers
  • You have a degree in Business administration or Swiss federal diploma in Sales / Marketing Management
  • You can look back at a minimum of 5 years sales experience within the Swiss automotive and fleet market
  • Ideally, you already have first experience in leading sales and/or marketing teams and can demonstrate a proven track record in working to and exceeding targets
  • You have a strong affinity for electromobility and commercial vehicles
  • You have native (Swiss) German as well as excellent English and French language skills. A good command of Italian would be an asset
  • Your persistency, your hands-on mentality as well as your creative mindset are your most remarkable characteristics
