As Controlling Business Partner to the Site Management and manager of the local Controlling team, the Head Site Controlling manages and controls all finance tasks associated with the Visp manufacturing operations. This covers analyses of site and asset performance, timely and accurate reporting and responsibility for compliance in all aspects. Other key tasks include financial planning for the site, investment calculations for decision support and team development.Key Responsibilities:

• Visp Controlling Business Partner to local Site Leadership Team and global Stakeholder
• Member of the Visp Site Leadership Team
• Manager of the local Site Controlling Team
• Analyses of site and asset performance (e.g. asset utilization, costs of goods sold, profitability)
• Monthly closing and reporting incl. forecast, with responsibility for all closing relevant activities
• Ensure timely and correct processing and analysis of contractual agreements
• Accountable for correct product costing, allocations incl. analyses across the site with different assets and BU’s
• Responsible that the site is compliant to internal and external standards
• Financial support to steer decisions on site (e.g. investment calculation)
• Business insights and content (technical) knowledge is important
• Drives improvements in operations in close collaboration with key business stakeholders on site
• Full scope budget and financial planning (cost planning, product costing, capex, etc.)
• Responsible for all site related R2R activities incl. IC with support from the service organization.
• Responsibility for the team and talent development

Key Requirements:

• Completed BSc in Business Administration, Finance or Economics (MSc preferred)
• 5-10 years experience in financial controlling
• Very good communication skills in German (native speaker) & English (written and oral)
• Driving work attitude as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Resilient and team-oriented personality
• International exchange and project support may require occasional travel
