As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the human resources strategy and initiatives for the company, ensuring the development and implementation of best practices in HR management. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and provide strategic HR advice and support

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
