HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
  • Drive the Demand Planning process for the High-Watchmaking- Pieces segment (HWM, Prototypes and Special Series) to improve the accuracy of forecasts, align inventory levels and enhance profitability of the Maison
  • Provide statistical analysis on market demand to support Supply decision making
  • Balance the HWM Supply versus the Worldwide demand as per the Maison’s strategy for short, mid and long term
  • Ensure and follow the rotation of our travelling collection in line with Maison’s events and commercial strategy
  • Drive the HWM Sales Administration coordination in supervising the operational activities as well as contributing to the turnover development of the Maison
  • Participate to IT tools’ deployment for commercial planning & supply activities
  • Manage and motivate an operational team to ensure a permanent backup and activity continuity on operational missions
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply and Demand planning
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset
  • Strong Team player, at-ease with transversal collaboration
  • Autonomous and with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Continuously demonstrating agility and willingness to drive changes
  • Ideally SAP experience/knowledge
  • Fluent in French and English
