The CABB Group is a leading Crop Science contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), supplying customized active ingredients. CABB also offers high-complexity and high-purity chemical ingredients to customers in the Life Sciences and Performance Materials markets. The company operates six production sites in Pratteln (Switzerland), Kokkola (Finland), Galena (USA), Knapsack and Gersthofen (Germany), Jining (China). With around 1,100 employees, CABB recorded an annual turnover of about €590 million in the 2021 financial year.

To further strengthen our Group Compliance in Pratteln/CH, we’re looking for an:

Information Security Governance Manager, 100% (permanent)

Your tasks
  • Develop and continually improve the information security and data protection/privacy framework including but not limited to relevant standards, policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Support and guide relevant stakeholders throughout the group in implementing and adhering to the information security and data protection/privacy framework
  • Assess and if needed enforce the adherence of the information security and data protection/privacy framework
  • Maintain and improve the groups cyber security training and awareness programm
  • Develop and maintain the information security strategy process incl. roadmaps and related program/projects management e.g., cyber risk mitigation/remediation plans
  • Define relevant controls and continually evaluate the groups information security risk profile in accordance with it
  • Act as an information security and data protection liaison and/or single point of contact during customer or authority audits

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree, or similar, in a field related to information security, IT, or Business Informatics
  • Three to five years of experience and proven track record in an information security management role (advising, consulting, creating, auditing, or implementing information security management systems and frameworks)
  • Very good knowledge of industry frameworks and standards (ISO 2700x, BIST, ITIL, ISF SoGP, COBIT, etc.)
  • Strong technical background and practical knowledge in relevant IT Security solutions and very good understanding of emerging trends in information security management and governance and evolving technologies such as Cloud, Artificial Intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, critical thinking, precision in communicating and documenting, ability to identify problems and propose solutions, reliability
  • Experience in collaboration with external suppliers
  • Project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) is an advantage
  • Previous exposure to the chemical or pharmaceutical industry would be an asset
  • Hands-On and collaborative mindset
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory - spoken and written
