We are looking for two motivated, creative and solution-oriented colleagues to join our Corporate Strategy Team based in our Lucerne office. We are offering a full-time Internship (100%)for up to 6 months and a part-time Working Student position (20-40%)with flexible days.

Your assignment
  • Work on CEO-relevant topics to shape the strategy and the future of our multi-national group
  • Conduct market research, analyses and prepare management presentations
  • Own and solve problems by applying quantitative and qualitative methods and synthesize key takeaways
  • Support internal projects, such as M&A, business development, product strategy, etc.
  • Analyze the financial and technological feasibility of investments into operational improvement measures
Your background
  • Bachelor’s degree with top grades in Engineering, Business Administration, Strategy or Finance
  • Creative mind-set, self-driven and able to work within a wide-variety of subjects
  • Problem solving skills, solution oriented and highly resilient when facing hurdles
  • Strong communicator with a convincing personality and team orientation
  • Fluent in German and English, oral & written
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
