Our Corporate HRD is the central hub when it comes to the further development of our lifelong learning culture. Do you want to make an active contribution to organisational and personnel development? Become part of a young and dynamic team in Uzwil and take your ideas out into the Bühler world.

Tasks

  • Support in the implementation of our lifelong learning strategy within the organization and evaluation and conduction of actions to promote the learning opportunities on our learning management system (Cornerstone)
  • Support in the implementation and further development of the Employee Performance & Talent Management process (appraisal talks, feedback culture, development planning, etc.)
  • Support in the management of the global learning community (Learning Centers, Business Academies)
  • Controlling and reporting of global learning & development data
  • Preparation of presentations, conduction and evaluation of surveys
  • Writing of articles for the monthly global HRD newsletter and managing its distribution
  • Administration of the global Learning & Development intranet page

    • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, International Management, Psychology or similar
  • Full passion for HR topics and lifelong learning
  • Attention to details, structured, precise and open minded
  • Full proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Talented in creating presentations and working with MS Office tools

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Good communication skills in German
  • First experience in human resources with focus on learning and development
  • Additional education in human resources
