Your work field
  • You will support the activities around the Scrum Framework.
  • You will be responsible for the organization of internal activities and workshops to improve team efficiency and collaboration between different departments.
  • You will assist in the scaling of the agile mindset and agile methodologies inside the company.

Your profile
  • You are an enrolled student in a (ideally technical) bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
  • You are familiar with the Lean Six Sigma
  • You are familiar with Agile Methods and the Scrum Framework.
  • Presentations are one of your favorite kind of tasks and you are able to motivate your colleagues for your common mission and are driven to thrive in this complex role.
  • Fluent written as well as oral communication in English is no problem for you. You are also fluent in German? - Even better!
  • You are a fast learner with an innovative and analytical mindset.
