Internship for 6 months: Digital Upskilling Programme Support (80% – 100%)

Your responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Power BI to analyze data, create visually engaging reports, and present actionable insights to key stakeholders. Help streamline reporting processes and optimize data visualization techniques.

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows using Power Automate. Work closely with team members to design, build, and deploy automated solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.

• Explore the capabilities of Microsoft Copilot Studio to develop chatbots that enhance user experience by collaborating with the development team to integrate chatbots into digital p latforms and optimize their functionality.

• Assist in identifying opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation.

• Support the development of our existing digital upskilling services with outside the box creative thinking supporting research, design and testing .

• Partner closely with various internal stakeholders to develop highly engaging and interactive digital content .
  

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled/completed bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence or a related field.

• Prior work experience related to data visualisation , data analysis, or process automation is desirable but not required .

• Demonstrate passion for exploring emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms. Strong interest in deep diving into the usage of Microsoft’s Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and CoPilot Studio to develop comprehensive skills in Microsoft’s suite of low-code/no-code solutions. You have ideally already built Power BI reports or gained first experience using Power Automate.

• Experienced problem-solver in professional services/consulting with an analytical and agile approach. Service-oriented and highly collaborative team-player with strong networking skills.

• Creative person with excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive and self-motivated learner who is eager to explore new technologies and take on new challenges.

• Fluency in English, German is a plus.
