Investment Product Analyst Client Service

Aufgaben

Provide day to day assistance to the sales team and create support material (sales presentation, information packs, etc.) / Conduct market, product and competitor studies / Completion and coordination of questionnaires / work together with Relationship Manager in coordination with Service Centers London and Luxembourg / Deal with client queries and Support client take-on procedures (administration) / Responsible for agreements and for quarterly reports and invoicing / Ad hoc involvement in project work / Participation at events like fairs, road shows, etc. / Close interaction with wholesale client servicing executive and cover in case of absence.

Qualifikation

Strong focus on quality and several years of operational experience within the field of asset management / Ability to work with tight deadlines / Drive, determination and self-motivation / Integrity / Accountability for own area of responsibility / Outstanding organisation skills. Ability to focus strongly on internal and external client satisfaction / Confident approach when dealing with external parties / Strong team-player / Excellent communication skills / German mother tongue or fluent /outstanding English.
