Our client, a major bank based in Geneva, is looking for a Change an Release Manager to manage daily changes to existing applications.

As part of a small team managing development and operational change, you will ideally have a development background and so have the ability to work with off-shore development teams, 1-2-3 level helpdesk teams supporting the change programme.

You will assess current and future development activities to ensure that they do not impact daily business or adapt current processes to make sure that they can make the most of the new development initiatives.

You will also document business processes and follow the respective developments through testing and release phases alongside test, release and team managers.

You will manage all documentation and will be responsible for communicating change and feedback on change requests.

Due to the variety of the applications in development our client will not limit the candidates’ background, however the ability to work with development teams and manage key stakeholders is essential.

Fluency in English and French is also essential for this role. Previous experience in private banking is highly desirable.
