For our Client in Network Technology in Switzerland -Lausanne area- we are looking for a IT Solution Analyst - ISP or telco background- for a new team to define end-to-end connectivity & fix voice services products for B2B needs

Your Mission
A detail-oriented Solution Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a member of a new dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, focusing on IT solutions covering the full process from offer to cash incl. customer care and incident management processes as well as service activation / modification for enterprise network solutions like new connectivity & new voice services. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and software developers to translate business needs into comprehensive technical specifications. You will drive the implementation and ensure state of the art processes and solutions.

Your duties
• Define and specifiy end2end IT solution – from offer to cash including customer care and incident management as well as service activation, service modification and service cancellation for a new product portfolio
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document solution requirements (related to connectivitiy, security and fix voice services for SME customers).
• Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications for software developers incl. API analysis and specification
• Select necessary tools available on the market to be used for sales pipeline management, CRM, billing, ticketing, cutomer care, service activation, etc (e.g. MS Dynamics)
• Provide detailed documentation of system architecture, data flows, and integration points to ensure that the different systems can interact
• Provide a detailed end2end process description and documentation of all relevant processes (e.g. join, configure, modify, leave)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, software developers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Facilitate communication and understanding between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in testing processes to validate the functionality and performance of enterprise network solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to enterprise network solutions.
• Work proactively to identify potential challenges and provide preemptive solutions.
• Commercial launch of products with the other stakeholders

What you bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience with min. 5 years as a Solution Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience with an internet service provider
• Strong understanding of enterprise network solutions, including LAN, WAN, VoIP, VPBX and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of end2end processes (from offer to cash, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Natural leadership and hands on mentality
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Familiarity with API’s, SQL and cooding
• Very good oral and written communication in English. French and German are a plus.
