Your Tasks - The Challenge

° Worldwide flight planning for our versatile fleet from very-light to ultra-long-range executive jets

° Performance based & tactical flight feasibility including route studies

° Organization and coordination of airport slots, ground handling, overflight and landing permits

° Preparation of flight documentation and crew briefings

° Supervision of the flights, flight watch & following as well as ATC slot monitoring

° Liaise and work closely with the Inhouse Charter Sales & Flight Coordination Team

Your Qualifications - Your Skills needed

° Relevant work experience in the operational field of (private) aviation

° A Flight Dispatcher qualification or any pilot certificate/licence considered a plus

° A good knowledge of the relevant EASA/NAA regulations, (e.g. (EU) No 965/2012) or the willingness to learn

° You have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Any other languages are considered an advantage

° A resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with a positive attitude to work

° A “Can-Do Attitude” coupled with “Ready to go the Extra Mile” and the ability to cope with high workload situations

° You are Swiss, EU national or under the benefit of a Swiss residence permit
