About The RoleRecruitment consultant (w/m/d) for Interim management’s teamPermanent position at 100%Office based on GenevaAs a LHH Recruitment Consultant (Senior),you’ll manage a portfolio of clients for whom you will recruit Middle and Top managers in Suisse Romande.On the one hand, you’ll carry out a Business Development activity, which consists of prospecting for new clients and developing existing clients, and on the other hand, an HR mission of screening and selecting the best Talents to fill the positions previously defined with the client.In collaboration with the client, you will participate in the elaboration of the list of attributions and tasks and to develop the perfect profile with the adequate skills for the position to be filled.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Recruitment Consultant, you must apply LHH’s recruitment methodology by validating the confidentiality of the role:- Write the content and publishing the job offer (press, internet...)
- Source candidates via dedicated CV libraries, former professionals, school alumni, social and professional networks (LinkedIn), organizational charts
- Conduct multi-channel searches for candidates using all the tools at your disposal
- Among the applications received and the candidates directly identified, you make a shortlist and sets up individual interviews (face-to-face or by videoconference) which enable to assess the suitability of each candidate for the position to be filled
- You can use different evaluation tools (work certificates, specific tests, case studies, references, etc.) to assess the candidate’s suitability for the position
- You check the match between the candidates’ expectations and those of your client
- At the end of this process, you present the selected relevant candidates to the client
- You may participate in the recruitment interview between the candidate and the client and in the hiring negotiations (salary package, benefits, start date, title)
- At the end of the mission, you invoice the client according to the T&C validated at the beginning of the mission
- You also ensure that the invoice is correctly paid
- Finally, you follow the candidate during his/her trial period and makes sure that he/she is well integrated.
- You have a commercial background and 3 to 5 years’ experience in our industry (field of recruitment and sales of HR services),
- You enjoy regular travel (Suisse Romande) and meeting customers,
- You have a strong sense of initiative, and you like to be in contact with customers,
- You have a taste for challenge and are results-oriented,
- French and English required (fluently),
- Driving licence is mandatory,
