Optotune is a growing and internationally active optics company based in Dietikon, Switzerland. We develop, manufacture and market the latest generation of adaptive optical elements for industrial and consumer markets.

Tasks
  • Work closely with process engineers for improving product yield and troubleshoot process flow from root causes to equipment tuning
  • Establish control systems to optimize and sustain production performance
  • Create and update manufacturing documentation
  • Contribute to the Lean Six Sigma company culture
  • Contribute to process equipment installation and standardization of manufacturing layout
  • Enhance compliance and production efficiency


Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Proven knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
  • Analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing work environment
  • Enjoy hands on work
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with employees from all levels of the organization both in German and English
