- Own Media annual planning orchestration to drive discipline and support brand teams in creating quality media brief working with CMI teams and trade marketing
- Drive Performance Hub operational excellence sustaining our leadership positions and contributing to revenue growth. Support to brand in executional excellence across search engines (Keywords review, adcopy best practice, SQR reporting tools, Search bibles maintenance and update etc.)
- Lead and coordinate bi-yearly Digital reviews between agencies, top markets, and multifunctional global teams.
- Track, analyze & consolidate Digital media Performance. Lead measurement and effectiveness forward thinking.
- Lead media evangelization & excitement program for Media training (bi-monthly media connect, 101 training and/or playbook on latest media trends and new vendors)
- Lead and execute test & learn program and deploy best practices
- Strong knowledge of Media and Digital.
- 6-8 years of experience ideally either in Media agency or equivalent in FMCG / retailer
- Full knowledge of offline and Online Media landscape, including SEO, SEA and Commerce/Amazon
- Advanced knowledge of Omnicom/Google analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager etc.
- Experience in building and managing DTC is a plus
- Passion for Digital
- Fast learner, Strong Collaboration and communication skills
- Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus
