Job Description

Role Objective

As Omnichannel Lead you will be part of our Centre of Excellence responsible for building the Omnichannel Engagement strategy for the EUCAN (Europe & Canada) Oncology Business Unit. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration and matrix leadership with the other team members, with relevant teams in GOBU, EUCAN and LOCs as well as with the integrated franchise teams (IFTs).

Key Accountabilities of the Role

  • Lead prioritized OCE initiatives across LOCs and brands in alignment with the Strategy & BusOps team
  • Pro-actively partner with existing teams to ensure learnings from more mature markets are leveraged and activities are aligned with OCE at Takeda US
  • Own the co-creation of a blueprint and a framework of the OCE COE including but not limited to capabilities, processes, tools, inputs, outputs, interfaces and synergies with other teams, etc.
  • Work with the EUCAN OLT in order to endorse the OCE COE plans and secure necessary funding/investments (if any)
  • Own the building of the OCE COE according to plan and against measurable KPIs

Key Knowledge and/or Experience needed

  • Strong Digital Marketing experience, strong hands-on knowledge of digital tactics, campaigns and how to create OCE journeys (ideally from working in a more mature market within Takeda)
  • Strong experience with managing matrixed teams
  • Good knowledge of existing GTM strategies and trends within Takeda Oncology (outside Takeda as a plus)
  • Good technical understanding of the digital eco-system enabling OCE (e.g. CRM, Marketing Cloud, Content mgmt., Web)
  • Marketing and sales experience is an advantage

Other Skills and/or Competences needed

  • Demonstrated excellence in program management (leadership in multiple project management towards timeline, budget and resources)
  • Knowledge of regulatory constraints surrounding OCE, and basic understanding of the major health systems in EUCAN
  • Customer orientation, motivation towards readying organization for changes/ upskilling towards better performance
  • Strong communication skills and ableness to manage a team in innovative ways of thinking and working (e.g., efficient and effective ways to co-create a COE blueprint)
