We are an investment and trading firm with offices based in Zug, Zürich and Appenzell, Switzerland.

We are looking for an Operations Specialist (f / m, 100%) who will aid us in the day-to-day activities of our trading firm. The role will support traders by ensuring transactions are booked and fulfilled appropriately. Other duties will include interacting with areas of risk management, information technology, accounting and legal support.

You should be highly motivated and entrepreneurial, with an interest in finance and trading.

  • Your Responsibilities:
    • Book and reconcile trades in our cross-asset business
    • Cash reconciliation, review and follow-up from items raised by front office
    • First line transaction screening monitoring and release
    • Investigation into all Securities and Cash transactional/movement queries received from clients, front office etc.
    • Ensure proper execution and reporting of asset (crypto and currency) transfers to and from trading venues
    • Provide weekly/monthly reporting on P/L and account balances
    • Prepare marketing materials and assisting the business development personnel where required
    • Assist with AML/KYC documentation requirements for compliance and onboarding purposes
    • Completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Political Science, Math or Physics or equivalent
    • Effective communicator, fluency in English is a must.
    • Excellent at multi-tasking and working under pressure.
    • Highly motivated and interested to learn from experienced professionals.
    • A strong interest in finance and cryptocurrencies
