Mission description

The Outsourcing Coordination intern is part of the Outsourcing Coordination team led by the Outsourcing Coordinator. As principal mission, he/she has to contribute to Outsourcing projects implementation in compliance with the Bank’s outsourcing framework and applicable regulations and policies. The Outsourcing coordination intern will also contribute to the monitoring and reporting of outsourcing risks notably by helping manage the outsourcing arrangements register.

The outsourcing coordination team acts as first line of defence with regards to outsourcing risk management. The Outsourcing Coordination team main responsibilities consist in:

Outsourcing framework governance

  • Acting as the main point of contact and Coordinating the governance of the Outsourcing risk management framework across the entity
  • Providing outsourcing expertise and administrative support to the Beneficiary or involved parties along the Outsourcing Risk assessment process in particular supporting the Beneficiary in the preparation and organisation of project (business data collection, risk identification & validation, go-live)
  • Contributing to Outsourcing validation committees (Pre-NAC, NAC)
  • Act as the main point of contact to assist the Beneficiary in the formalisation of necessary SLA/Contracts

Monitoring of the existing outsourcings

  • In charge of the local Outsourcing Arrangements Register
  • Organizing the necessary alerting framework to trigger regular service reviews, SLA compliance, and other OAR mandatory updates
  • Contributing as outsourcing expert to the service reviews on request of the Beneficiary
  • Contributing to the negative news event analysis and activating the alert and escalation process when required

Reporting & audit

  • Contributing to the preparation of ad-hoc reports (internal, central, external)
  • Contributing to the concentration risk analysis
  • Standing as the SPOC for all exchanges with the Auditors on Outsourcing topics

Main activities :

In his/her role, the outsourcing coordination intern will:

  • Contribute to the preparation of committees dedicated to Outsourcing (both at project and transversal levels)
  • Ensure OAR database enrichment by TPRM referents and data quality for it to serve as the golden source for outsourcing monitoring at local and group level
  • Ensure contracts/SLA and further outsourcing process evidences centralization (digital/hard copies)
  • Device, maintain and provide relevant reports to contribute to the day-to-day Oustourcing Risk monitoring and vigilance
  • Contributes to the mandatory regular Outsourcing Service Reviews organisation, quality and control

Required technical skills

  • IT literacy in Microsoft Office
  • Database management via Excel, PowerBI nice to have

Required profile

  • Master Degree required or ongoing in management/finance/risk or engineering
  • Fluent in French and English
